Partnership Manager

StrategicPartnerships:
- Identify, establish, and managepartnerships with key sectors, including local and internationaltravel agencies, corporate clients, relocation companies, andRussian travel agents to boost guestacquisition.
- Build relationships with realestate agents, facility management/owner associations, trustees,and property management companies to drive landlord acquisitionsand portfolio growth.
- Negotiate win-winagreements with service providers such as car rentals, yachtrentals, restaurants, butlers, and chefs to enhance guestexperiences.
- Collaborate with key stakeholdersto place advertising roll-ups in strategic locations throughtrustees or partner networks.
BusinessDevelopment:
- Lead initiatives that target growthin both guest bookings and landlord acquisitions by identifying newmarket opportunities and developing strategicpartnerships.
- Drive corporate sales byfostering strong relationships with high-profile corporate clientsand developing packages that cater to corporatestays.
- Work closely with the marketing team todevelop campaigns that highlight business partnerships and maximizevisibility in target markets.
Client &Stakeholder Management:
- Manage and nurture relationships withexisting partners, ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations andlong-term partnerships.
- Regularly report onpartnership performance, providing insights into revenue growth,partner satisfaction, and areas forimprovement.
Market Research& Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identifynew opportunities in the tourism, real estate, and propertymanagement sectors, with a focus on high-valuepartnerships.
- Monitor industry trends andcompetitive actions to adjust partnership strategies in alignmentwith market shifts.
Revenue Growth &Targets:
- Set and achieve revenue growthtargets by expanding the company's portfolio of landlordsand corporate clients and maximizing existingrelationships.
- Present strategic businessdevelopment and partnership growth plans to the leadership team,with a focus on guest and landlordpartnerships.
Cross-functionalCollaboration:
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing,and Operations teams to ensure partnership strategies align withcompany goals.
- Collaborate with the propertymanagement team to source new properties, leveraging partnershipswith real estate agents and facility managementcompanies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree inBusiness Administration, Marketing, or a relatedfield.
- 5+ years of experience in businessdevelopment, partnership management, or a similar role in thehotels, real estate, or tourismindustry.
- Proficiency in CRM tools andMicrosoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge ofDubai's tourism, real estate, and property managementmarkets.
- Fluent in English; additionallanguages (especially Russian or Arabic) are aplus.
- Proven track record in strategicpartnerships that drive revenuegrowth.
- Excellent negotiation, communication,and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to workindependently, manage multiple partners, and take ownership of thebusiness development strategy.
