This firm offers Oil & Gas metering systems and produced water treatment solutions, serving the Oil & Gas industry with over 12 years of experience in the Middle East.

Responsibilities:

  • Secure accurate quotations for purchased equipment and services, alongside compiling relevant technical documentation, such as drawings, calculations, and proposals, adhering to company guidelines.
  • Verify that each proposal presents a distinct scope of supply, even when dealing with intricate initial requests.
  • Participate in clarification meetings to discuss bid details, formulating responses to address client queries under the supervision of the project manager.
  • Thoroughly review each proposal from a commercial and technical standpoint, ensuring compliance with established company protocols.
  • Attain managerial endorsement before passing proposals on to the sales team for presentation to clients.
  • Confirm that all interactions and proposals adhere to predetermined objectives and client expectations.

Necessary Skills:

  • Education in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, or Instrumentation & Controls at the undergraduate level.
  • Minimum four years of experience in crafting proposals for oil and gas equipment processes in the Middle East region.
  • Excellent technical communication skills to engage with engineers and rectify design-related challenges.
  • Pertinent expertise in analyzing and correcting potential errors in P&ID drawings.
  • Robust knowledge of costs and competitiveness within proposals.
  • Fluency in utilizing MS Office and Excel applications.
