Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to join our team at Client of Michael Page. As an integral part of our boutique administration, you will handle necessary permits, manage petty cash, and coordinate supplier orders & invoices.
In addition to administrative tasks, you will be responsible for organising travel for boutique staff and managing scheduling per company guidelines. Your IT & Operations Support skills will also be crucial in serving as the main point of contact for IT-related issues to maintain seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities- Experience: Strong administrative background, preferably in luxury retail.
- Skills: Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Languages: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work under pressure while maintaining excellent communication and coordination skills.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should have a strong attention to detail and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and external partners.
