The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR and administration, with a focus on process optimization. They will be proficient in using HR technology for recruitment, payroll, performance management, and workforce analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage local purchasing and ensure cost-efficient and timely procurement for office supplies and administrative needs.
  2. Oversee the company's performance evaluation system, ensuring clear communication of performance expectations and career development opportunities.
  3. Act as the main point of contact for all internal and external HR and administrative matters.
  4. Inspire, motivate, and mentor HR and administrative team members, setting a professional example.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 5-7 years of experience in HR and administration, ideally in a retail, multi-location, or fast-paced environment.
  3. Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with a focus on process optimization.
