We are looking for an experienced Administration Professional to manage all HR services and administrative functions at JobFinder Spain.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR and administration, with a focus on process optimization. They will be proficient in using HR technology for recruitment, payroll, performance management, and workforce analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage local purchasing and ensure cost-efficient and timely procurement for office supplies and administrative needs.
- Oversee the company's performance evaluation system, ensuring clear communication of performance expectations and career development opportunities.
- Act as the main point of contact for all internal and external HR and administrative matters.
- Inspire, motivate, and mentor HR and administrative team members, setting a professional example.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in HR and administration, ideally in a retail, multi-location, or fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with a focus on process optimization.
