Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Manpower Middle East. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to various departments, manage executive calendars, and maintain filing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management: Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Meeting Support: Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Filing and Organization: Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Financial Management: Process and manage expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Communication: Compose and proofread professional correspondence (emails, letters, reports).
  • Customer Service: Answer phones and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Travel Arrangements: Manage travel arrangements for team members (if applicable).
  • Research and Reporting: Research and compile data and reports as assigned.
  • General Administration: Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role (preferred).
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
