Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to provide support to our managers and employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our company's general administrative activities, including:
- Providing Administrative Support
- Assisting managers and employees with daily tasks and projects
- Coordinating meetings and events
- Preparing and distributing reports and documents
- Managing Office Operations
- Overseeing the maintenance of office supplies and equipment
- Coordinating travel arrangements and expense reports
- Developing and implementing office policies and procedures
- Communicating with Stakeholders
- Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaising with executive and HR teams to handle requests and queries
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven Experience
- At least 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
