Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to provide support to our managers and employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our company's general administrative activities, including:

  • Providing Administrative Support
    • Assisting managers and employees with daily tasks and projects
    • Coordinating meetings and events
    • Preparing and distributing reports and documents
  • Managing Office Operations
    • Overseeing the maintenance of office supplies and equipment
    • Coordinating travel arrangements and expense reports
    • Developing and implementing office policies and procedures
  • Communicating with Stakeholders
    • Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients
    • Liaising with executive and HR teams to handle requests and queries

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Experience
    • At least 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
    • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
