Customer Service Management Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing our service team's productivity and ensuring excellent customer communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule Optimization: Analyze and refine the service team's schedules to improve productivity.
- Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent communication.
- Spare Parts Procurement: Source and procure spare parts for customers as required.
- Job Card and Quotation Management: Create job cards, quotations, warranties, and annual maintenance plans via ERP.
- Customer Database Management: Maintain accurate customer records.
- Inter-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Filing System Development: Establish and maintain effective filing systems.
- Petty Cash and Reimbursement: Manage petty cash and reimbursement.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in software use and Microsoft Office.
