Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive revenue growth and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Build and lead a talented sales team, focused on achieving ambitious revenue targets and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative educational travel programs that meet the evolving needs of K-12 students.
  • Analyze market trends and performance metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or educational partnerships, preferably within the K-12 education or student travel industry.
  • Proven track record of engaging with school administrators, principals, and educational boards to drive business growth.
  • Strong network and relationships with CBSE and international schools in the UAE.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell directly to institutions (B2B) rather than individual consumers (B2C).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the UAE to build and maintain client relationships.
