Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at e& UAE. As a key member of our cloud infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing highly available, multi-region solutions within Microsoft Azure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of our business
  • Manage and administer the Microsoft Azure cloud environment, including provisioning, configuration, performance monitoring, policy governance, and security
  • Build scalable and reusable scripts to deploy infrastructure for applications according to approved architecture and standards
  • Monitor, manage, and maintain day-to-day activities of Azure environments, responding to and addressing system alerts and notifications
  • Assist with resource provisioning, migration, and configurations in Azure
  • Coordinate with networking, firewall, security, and applications teams while implementing cloud solutions
  • Experience in Azure Tenant management
  • Monitor site stability, deployments, and performance via event logging and metrics (experience with monitoring services like Azure Log Analytics, Azure Monitor, Prometheus)
  • Develop infrastructure as code (Terraform preferable) leveraging cloud-native tooling to ensure automated and consistent platform deployments
  • Develop and implement policy-driven data protection best practices to ensure cloud solutions are protected from data loss
  • Ensure all infrastructure components meet proper performance and capacity standards
  • Help in reducing operational incidents through standardization and process improvements
  • Create technical documents, diagrams, how-to guides, and other deliverables

Requirements:

  • Experience with implementing, managing, and operating applications in an enterprise cloud computing environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and its services
  • Experience with cloud-native tooling and infrastructure as code
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
