Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at Hilton Hotels. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide timely and efficient responses to guest queries, ensuring a positive outcome and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage check-in and check-out processes, including room assignments, key card distribution, and accurate billing.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of hotel room categories, rates, packages, and promotions to effectively upsell and promote hotel services.
  • Security and Compliance: Adhere to hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and colleagues.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve team goals.

  • Communication: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and management.
