Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Provide personalized and courteous service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for guests.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Accommodation Standards: Familiarize yourself with Accor's corporate and local standards, ensuring compliance and adherence to our high standards of service.
  • Reporting and Communication: Regularly report to supervisors and night managers on any issues or concerns, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
