About the CompanyWe are a growing company in the Fresh Fruits and Vegetables trading and distribution, dedicated to providing high-quality produce mainly to the Horeca segment.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and establish new business opportunities in the Fruits & Vegetables and F&B / Horeca sector.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and expand the customer portfolio.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights for business growth.
- Conduct regular client visits to maintain strong business relationships.
- Proven track record in sales, specifically in the F&B / Horeca sector with a focus on fresh fruits and vegetables.
- Established client portfolio in the Horeca segment (at least 300,000 plus).
- Strong understanding of the UAE fruits and vegetables industry, including product knowledge, quality standards, and market trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Ability to collaborate and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Knowledge of market trends, pricing, and competition.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid UAE driving license is required.
