Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships within the HORECA sector. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  1. Identify and target new potential clients in the HORECA sector.
  2. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business and increase market share.
  3. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive relationships throughout the sales cycle.
  4. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close sales and ensure profitability.
  5. Handle contractual issues and ensure compliance with company policies.
  6. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular visits to understand their needs, address concerns, and offer tailored solutions.
  7. Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and prepare regular reports for management to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  8. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential new product opportunities.
  9. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create and implement effective sales and promotional strategies.
  10. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales staff when needed, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Requirements

The incumbent should possess proven experience in sales, preferably within the HORECA sector, and experience in B2B sales is highly desirable. They should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent negotiation and presentation abilities, and be self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
