Head of Sales and Business Development

We are searching for an experienced Sales Head to spearhead our growth initiatives in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to drive revenue growth, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the ME market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a business strategy for growth in the region, identifying emerging trends and opportunities, and establishing relationships with key clients.
- Key Accountabilities:
- Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a business strategy for growth in the Middle East, aligning with our global objectives.
- Market Engagement: Build and expand our market presence by targeting high-growth opportunities and securing transformative engagements.
- Client Relations: Cultivate and manage C-level relationships with clients, positioning us as a strategic partner and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across sales, delivery, and account management functions.
Essential Criteria:
- Professional Background: 20 years in IT services with significant experience scaling revenues across the Middle East region.
- Industry Expertise: Deep expertise in our key sectors (BFS, Insurance, TTH, Government sectors).
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
- Key Competencies: Achieved and exceeded revenue targets, excellent at building C-level relationships, and strategic thinking.
