Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales with a proven track record in driving revenue growth within the tech industry, ideally with expertise in AI-driven solutions. This strategic leadership role involves spearheading sales efforts across Southeast Asia, India, and other global markets, including the US, EU, and MENA regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting large enterprises, telecommunications companies, and banks in the target regions.
  2. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise and institutional clients.
  3. Lead the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets while expanding market share.
  4. Identify and capitalize on market trends and opportunities in AI solutions for targeted industries.
  5. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align offerings with market demands.
  6. Provide accurate sales forecasting and report on performance metrics to the executive team.
  7. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote brand awareness and establish thought leadership.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. 10+ years of proven experience in tech sales, with a strong preference for candidates with a Tech & AI-related sales background.
  2. Demonstrated success in selling to large enterprises, telecom companies, and banks.
  3. Experience working in diverse markets, including the US, EU, and MENA regions.
  4. Strong network and understanding of business dynamics in Southeast Asia and India.
  5. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a results-driven mindset.
  6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
