  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the restaurant's menu, including sushi dishes and other offerings.
  • Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure efficient table turnover.
  • Implement the restaurant's sequence of service to provide a consistent and seamless dining experience.
  • Reach out to guests with reservation reminders and follow up with feedback and gratitude.
  • Handle guest concerns and complaints with diplomacy and a customer-centric approach.
  • Process cash transactions accurately and securely.
