Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver consistently professional, friendly, and engaging service to all stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of and adhere to all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards.
  • Oversee financial records and ensure accurate month-end closures.
  • Address guest concerns promptly, documenting and notifying the appropriate departments.
  • Manage inventory and stock levels effectively.
  • Collaborate with relevant services for the closure of job orders.
  • Participate actively in daily briefings and departmental meetings.
  • Ensure that team members are informed about daily priorities within their sections.
  • Adhere to departmental policies and procedures diligently.
  • Report any necessary maintenance issues promptly.
  • Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Perform other assigned duties as required.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in a clerical role within a hotel engineering environment.
  • Familiarity with Hotel Property Management Systems is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to convey information and ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Capable of evaluating and selecting among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
