- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of and adhere to all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards.
- Oversee financial records and ensure accurate month-end closures.
- Address guest concerns promptly, documenting and notifying the appropriate departments.
- Manage inventory and stock levels effectively.
- Collaborate with relevant services for the closure of job orders.
- Participate actively in daily briefings and departmental meetings.
- Ensure that team members are informed about daily priorities within their sections.
- Adhere to departmental policies and procedures diligently.
- Report any necessary maintenance issues promptly.
- Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Perform other assigned duties as required.
- At least 1 year of experience in a clerical role within a hotel engineering environment.
- Familiarity with Hotel Property Management Systems is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to convey information and ideas clearly and effectively.
- Capable of evaluating and selecting among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
