As a Service Desk Engineer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients via phone, email, and tickets. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, and your goal will be to resolve their issues efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and tickets
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Outlook, Network, Citrix, VPN, Internet, and other hardware/software
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
* Develop and maintain knowledge of IT service management best practices
Requirements:
* 18 months of experience in an International Service Desk role
* Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with ITIL V.4 and basic Citrix, VMware, Microsoft Outlook, Network, VPN, Internet, and other hardware/software troubleshooting techniques
* Ability to work in a 24x7 work environment (predominantly US / Nightshifts)
