Position: Kitchen Operations Training Specialist

Location: United Arab Emirates

Employment Type: Full-time (6 Days/week)

Language Requirements: Proficient in English

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years (with at least 2 Years in the UAE)

Driving License: Preferable but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the induction and training of all kitchen supervisors, ensuring they receive the necessary support and resources to manage their locations effectively.
  • Conduct comprehensive training for kitchen staff across all branches as directed by the respective Heads of Departments.
  • Enhance the quality and hygiene standards of food preparation and delivery through targeted training initiatives.
  • Inspire and guide kitchen personnel to uphold high performance standards in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Standardize operational practices across all locations.
  • Develop and maintain a skills matrix for each team member.
  • Facilitate audits to ensure compliance with the company's Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards.
  • Perform regular audits of kitchen operations to identify and implement necessary improvements.
  • Train new kitchen assistants and provide ongoing development as per the directives of the Food & Beverage Operations Manager or Restaurant Manager.

Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity within the UAE
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent command of English
