Financial Operations Specialist

As a Financial Operations Specialist at Aspen Pharma Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with our Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solution to manage the processing of invoices. This will involve assisting with the training and maintenance of VIM, reviewing open POs and reconciling against GR/IR, and ensuring that invoices and T&Es are booked and paid in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the processing of invoices using VIM
  • Assist with the training and maintenance of VIM
  • Review open POs and reconcile against GR/IR
  • Ensure invoices and T&Es are booked and paid in a timely and accurate manner
  • Raise and book all Inter Company (ICO) debit/credit notes (trade & non-trade)
  • Perform and review monthly supplier/distributor statement reconciliations and ageing analysis
  • Support the Treasury Team by allocating and clearing all Bank General Ledgers
  • Support the General Ledger Team to clarify OPEX variances
  • Ensure all reports are prepared, reviewed, and submitted to all stakeholders
