Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team at AECOM. As a Document Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our document management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Control: Ensure that all project documents are properly managed, stored, and retrieved in a timely manner.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and external partners to troubleshoot document-related issues and provide support as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve document management processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate with project managers and IT/Records Management to ensure that project records are properly protected and stored.
  • Information Analysis: Evaluate external tools and resources to determine the best options for document management and make recommendations to the team.
  • Communication: Respond to correspondence and inquiries related to document management and provide information to stakeholders as needed.
  • Resource Procurement: Select and order new resource materials as required.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in document control, records management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Software: Proficiency in software such as ACONEX for document control.
