We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team at Nayeducation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide weekly reports on outstanding and overdue documents, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Develop and maintain document tracking systems, utilizing Excel worksheets for logging and transmittal tracking.
- Coordinate the receipt, quality check, and processing of documents from contractors' document control systems, storing electronic versions on SharePoint.
- Distribute incoming documents electronically for review and approval, adhering to the Document Distribution Matrix.
- Manage and maintain hard copy and electronic libraries of documentation, ensuring the latest revision is readily available.
- Prepare and distribute reports, including MAR, MRR, and DPR, to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with document management software and maintain expertise in Excel.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and document control.
- 7 years of experience in Oil & Gas (Preferred)
- 1 year of experience in EPC (Preferred)
Ability to relocate to Abu Dhabi before starting work is required.
