About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales growth across the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new business through daily high-volume activities via phone, email, events, and LinkedIn.
  • Research assigned targets and reach out with tested value propositions to qualify prospective customers.
  • Coordinate with Marketing to track, assess, and qualify omnichannel leads.
  • Meet with Solutions Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives to ensure accurate and fully documented presales information.
  • Collaborate with sales prospecting teams to schedule effective demonstrations, meetings, and build pipeline.
  • Identify suitable prospects and navigate company structures to identify key decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and manage client and prospect data.
Requirements
  • Previous lead generation, sales, or customer-facing experience.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • A self-starter attitude with a proven work ethic and goal-exceeding history.
  • A positive attitude and ability to excel in a dynamic environment.
  • Interest in a career in sales and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and LinkedIn.
