Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer order processing, logistics, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure highest standards of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) in all aspects of operations.
  • Manage the Solids Control & Waste Management P&L account throughout the region, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
  • Develop and motivate staff to ensure consistently high standards of performance and effectiveness.
  • Responsible for the quotation of all Spares & Equipments as required by the customer, utilizing collaboration skills in liaison with peers and key stakeholders to solve problems and improve performance.
  • Ability to drive continual improvement processes, working with various disciplines to ensure a smooth and timely transition from customer order to customer delivery.
Requirements
  • 25 years of experience in similar job of customer order processing and logistics.
  • Order Processing and Invoicing experience.
  • Minimum Graduate Qualification.
  • Logistics and Inventory Knowledge.
  • Microsoft Office Good knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Experience in ERP Package JDE Experience highly preferred.
