Role Overview:

As a key member of the NOV team, the Order Processing Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of commercial aspects of incoming purchase orders. This includes checking commercial aspects, creating and maintaining orders in the ERP system, and processing purchaserequisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify commercial aspects of incoming purchase orders
  • Create, maintain, and process orders in the ERP system
  • Process purchaserequisitions and cost allocation
  • Verify and control costs
  • Receive and review incoming 3rd party/Intercompany invoicing
  • Finalize order processing, including creating and reviewing billing summaries and warranty submission tasks
  • Prepare and complete invoicing, including follow-up on invoices
  • Administer customer and vendor registration, as well as provide backup support and carry out other relevant duties as assigned
