Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer order processing, logistics, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure highest standards of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) in all aspects of operations.
  • Manage the Solids Control & Waste Management P&L account throughout the region.
  • Develop and motivate staff to ensure consistently high standards of performance and effectiveness.
  • Responsible for the quotation of all Spares & Equipments as required by the customer.
  • Collaborate with peers and key stakeholders to solve problems and improve performance to achieve business targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive continual improvement processes working with various disciplines to ensure a smooth and timely transition from customer order to customer delivery.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Customer Order Followup
  • Timely invoicing of sales orders, rental & services to customers in ME.
  • Assist with expediting overdue orders.
  • Overview customer orders and report any delays to Supervisor.
  • Process customer orders into our system in a proactive manner to maintain output and performance indicator spreadsheets.
  • Proactively work with purchasing to assist with the review of stock levels.
  • Notify clients of any delays in a courteous manner.
  • Maintain and update ERP Systems.
  • Actively promote HSE.
  • Support the whole region.
  • Manage the implementation of company policies regarding compliance, timekeeping, holiday planning, performance reviews, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Promotion and implementation of training at all levels of our organization.
  • Support in logistics requirements.
  • Handle Asset Management (TAT) in ERP system.
Requirements:
  • 25 years of experience in similar job of customer order processing and logistics.
  • Order Processing and Invoicing experience.
  • Minimum Graduate Qualification.
  • Logistics and Inventory Knowledge.
  • Microsoft Office Good knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Experience in ERP Package JDE Experience highly preferred.
