Customer Experience Specialist

Job Summary:
NATHAN & NATHAN is seeking a highly skilled Customer Happiness Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a prompt and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their issues.
- Assist customers in understanding our services, including the Tadbeer program, eligibility criteria, and application process.
- Guide customers through the documentation and application procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate the smooth processing of customer applications and service requests.
- Provide personalized assistance and support to customers, offering solutions to their specific needs and requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback, utilizing the Tadbeer system.
- Conduct follow-up calls or emails with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided and address any outstanding issues.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or university certificate in a relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with Tadbeer Center and program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of domestic worker recruitment processes and regulations in the UAE is preferred.
