Position Duration: This role is contractual for a period of 2 months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs and agent performance.

The Role

We are in search of enthusiastic and customer-oriented Customer Support Specialists to become part of our team. The ideal candidates will possess outstanding communication skills and a genuine desire to assist customers.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

1. Manage inbound calls and effectively address customer inquiries and complaints.

2. Provide technical assistance for product-related issues and guide customers through troubleshooting processes.

3. Process customer orders, handle payments, and ensure precise data entry.

4. Offer accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.

5. Identify and resolve customer issues promptly, escalating complex cases to higher levels when necessary.

6. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

7. Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and sales targets.

8. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during customer interactions.

Qualifications:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is advantageous.
