Job Description

Ghobash Group is seeking a highly skilled Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for finding and acquiring top talent to fill various open positions within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enquiry Analysis and Candidate Sourcing: Analyze client requirements and source suitable candidates from a pool of CVs submitted by recruiters.
  • Candidate Submission and Communication: Submit CVs to clients within three days of receiving an enquiry and communicate with candidates to ensure they are briefed on company values and documentation.
  • Salary Negotiation and Costing: Negotiate salary details with candidates to ensure they meet the stipulated budget and prepare costing sheets for proposals to customers.
  • Recruitment and Filling of Open Positions: Fill open positions within the shortest time possible and confirm candidate availability and start dates before committing to customers.
  • Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance of recruiters and devise plans for constant improvements.
  • Leadership and Guidance: Lead recruiters to ensure timely filling of all open positions and provide guidance, training, and leadership to find the right candidates.
  • Recruiter Evaluation and Development: Evaluate recruiters on a weekly basis to assess their focus and provide daily/weekly positions to be filled based on priority and customer requirements.
  • Smart Recruiter Management: Monitor Smart Recruiter postings by recruiters and conduct periodic training on Smart Recruiters.
  • Staff Appraisals and Development: Conduct appraisals and recommendations for staff completing 12 months and handle staff terminations and exits.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in HR Management and at least 10+ years of experience in the engineering service recruiting field.
