This is a hybrid role that requires 2-3 days per week in a customer's office, with a strong focus on coordinating global wellbeing efforts across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the execution of company-wide wellbeing initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regional needs.
  • Support the Account Manager to ensure that all Supplier contractual obligations and service commitments are being met.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to implement strategic and impactful wellbeing initiatives and drive employee engagement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regional employees for wellbeing-related initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and ongoing optimization of our wellbeing program.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate wellbeing, program management, HR, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to execute and manage wellbeing programs across multiple locations.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels.
  • Familiarity with digital wellbeing platforms, employee engagement tools, and project management software.
