We are seeking a Customer Service Director to join our team as a Retail Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Daily routines: Participate in the restaurant's opening and closing procedures, ensuring adherence to norms and guidelines.
  2. Monthly inventory checks: Support others by conducting tasks for all brand equipment, following established procedures.
  3. Mandatory protocols: Follow a range of procedures to ensure proper uniform and personal hygiene cleanliness at all times.
  4. Performance metrics: Participate in achieving the organization's sales targets and ensuring proper implementation of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  5. Customer interactions: Greet customers, present menu options, and assist in their selection to ensure satisfaction.
  6. Cases and inquiries: Handle customer bills, cases, and inquiries that are more complex or outside the norm.
  7. Delegating tasks: Carry out functional supervisory duties, including delegating tasks, establishing deadlines, and overseeing results and quality.
  8. Team leadership: Oversee the work of all staff members and closely monitor adherence to the brand's prescribed preparation techniques.

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Service Director, you will need:

  1. English language proficiency, Arabic is a plus.
  2. MS Office skills.

Education and Experience

A Technical degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field, and three to five years of experience in F&B operations, or a similar role, are required.
