Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Governance Compliance Specialist to join our team at United Arab Bank. As a key member of the Retail Governance department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all Retail Bank operations comply with UAE regulatory, governing, and internal bank policies and processes.

Your primary focus will be on Risk Management, ensuring that all operational risk controls are implemented and followed. This includes monitoring and reviewing reports, conducting audits, and identifying areas for improvement.

In this role, you will work closely with various departments within the bank, including Retail Credit, Account Operations, and Sales. You will also be responsible for implementing and monitoring CPR regulations, as well as supporting remediation and reconciliation exercises.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
