The successful candidate will report directly to the Group Financial Controller and be responsible for implementing effective compliance controls and procedures.

The key tasks of this role include:

  1. Providing Compliance testing and Assurance
  2. Identifying and mitigating Compliance risks and issues
  3. Collaborating with the IT department to ensure system changes do not compromise compliance
  4. Developing recommendations for business process improvements

Key Requirements:

  1. A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing, or a professional certification in Accounting or Auditing (CPA/CIA or equivalent)
  2. A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role
  3. A Big 4 background and in-house compliance/internal audit experience is highly desirable
  4. Proficiency in ORACLE ERP System
  5. Excellent analytical skills
