Responsibilities:- Compliance Risk Management: Assist in developing and maintaining the annual compliance calendar and operational compliance registers, identify and assess compliance risks across the organization, report compliance issues, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Policy Development and Implementation: Interpret laws and regulations to advise on the development of necessary policies, procedures, and forms to ensure compliance, assist in standardizing compliance processes across the organization to mitigate risks.
- Investigations and Reporting: Assist in overseeing internal investigations, including fraud and VAR case investigations, review evidence, and assist in preparing legal documentation, recommending appropriate legal actions when necessary.
