Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Business Development Manager to join our team in UAE Dubai. As a key member of our National Sales Team, you will be responsible for developing and interacting with our National Key Customers to drive business growth and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics business development, with a proven track record of success in sales and customer relationship management. You will be responsible for managing and selling all National Key Accounts, as well as prospecting for new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Manage and sell all National Key Accounts
  • Prospect for new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Communicate customer needs and requirements to internal teams
  • Act as the single point of contact for all KN services and solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • At least 24 years of experience in logistics business development
  • Very good verbal and written knowledge of English
  • Strong affinity with required customer quality standards
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate on all levels
