About the Role:

Motivate Media Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media sales strategy to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a social media sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling social media sales collateral and campaigns.
  • Drive the execution of social media campaigns by liaising with internal teams and external partners.
  • Analyse campaign effectiveness reports to advise sales strategy and optimize results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the social media landscape.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales with a focus on social media marketing and a strong understanding of the digital landscape.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyse data and draw meaningful insights to drive sales strategies and optimize results.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a strong focus on revenue growth.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Over 3 years of experience in social media sales, with a strong understanding of the digital landscape.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes, with a strong understanding of social media advertising and marketing trends.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
