We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Social Media Manager to join our team at Marriott International. Key Responsibilities- Hotel Marketing and Advertising
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans to budget, in consultation with the General Manager, Food and Beverage leader, Operations leaders, and cluster marketing and ecommerce teams.
- Act as the liaison between the marketing department and advertising agency on tactical advertising campaigns' creative and media plans, particularly for food and beverage promotions.
- Manage F&B media schedules and verify prompt settlement of accounts.
- Partner with property Revenue Management to verify correct offer loading and targeting of advertising campaigns.
- Verify all advertising for the hotel in digital channels is in alignment with brand voice.
- Social Media Content Management
- Facilitate social media engagement and update content in local digital channels, such as the hotel website and travel sites.
- Develop and execute promotions campaigns in F&B, weddings, spa, rooms, and conferences through relevant digital and social media channels.
- Public Relations and Visual Asset Management
- Develop a comprehensive PR plan per quarter, in collaboration with the agency, and execute post-sign-off from the General Manager.
- Maintain a comprehensive list of local media contacts, with a focus on food critics and bloggers.
- Manage external vendors and media agencies, working with agency partners and continent PR leader to identify strategic media buys for the hotel(s).
- Manage photo shoots for seasonal or festive promotions in partnership with the cluster or area marketing team.
- Direct Marketing and Collateral Development
- Coordinate and execute hotel and F&B printed materials.
- Promote the collection of competitors' collateral and publicity on a monthly basis.
- Verify all collateral is in compliance with brand standard guidelines and the Brand Standard Audit (BSA).
