Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of human resources systems, laws, and regulations, including labor laws and best practices in the field of human resources.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to design and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives and promote employee engagement and motivation.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, databases, and software, including recruitment, performance management, and training systems.
