Job Title: Administrative Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Manager to join our team at UNIQUE GROUP. As an Administrative Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, including but not limited to:

  • Coordinating Office Activities: Coordinate office activities and schedules, including meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Managing Office Supplies: Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Overseeing Office Maintenance: Oversee office maintenance and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
  • Providing Administrative Support: Assist with onboarding new employees and provide administrative support to team members as needed.
  • Managing Office Budgets: Manage office budgets and expenses, including processing invoices and reconciling accounts.

Responsibilities:

As an Administrative Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing Office Operations: Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, including but not limited to answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Coordinating Office Activities: Coordinate office activities and schedules, including meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Managing Office Supplies: Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Overseeing Office Maintenance: Oversee office maintenance and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
  • Providing Administrative Support: Assist with onboarding new employees and provide administrative support to team members as needed.
  • Managing Office Budgets: Manage office budgets and expenses, including processing invoices and reconciling accounts.

Requirements:

To be successful as an Administrative Operations Manager, you will need:

  • Administrative Experience: 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Office Management Skills: Strong office management skills, including but not limited to coordinating office activities, managing office supplies, and overseeing office maintenance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, including but not limited to written and verbal communication.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, including but not limited to prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines.
