Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide professional and efficient administrative support to the Senior Vice President, including preparing correspondence, receiving mail, and responding to telephone queries.
- Schedule Coordination: Coordinate the Senior Vice President's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Information Gathering: Gather information and data as required, and compile reports to support the Senior Vice President's decision-making.
- Filing and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, and ensure that all records are properly stored and secured.
- Office Management: Manage the office to ensure efficient and effective support for the Senior Vice President, including managing supplies, equipment, and other resources.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A diploma in Business Administration or Secretarial Science.
- At least 5-6 years of experience in office management or secretarial support.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Fluent English and Arabic language skills, both verbal and written.
