Job Summary:

Tikehau Capital is seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join its Abu Dhabi office. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for managing all office-related duties, including welcoming guests, managing phone calls, and liaising with the office management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all administrative tasks, ensuring seamless office operations;
  2. Provide exceptional customer service, handling guest arrivals, and managing phone calls;
  3. Coordinate diary management, ensuring efficient scheduling;
  4. Organize corporate events to promote the Tikehau Capital brand;
  5. Support the local business development team in organizing regional roadshows;
  6. Assist with onboarding and exit processes for employees;

Requirements:

  1. At least four years of experience, preferably 3-5 years in an administrative management role;
  2. Proactive with a high attention to detail;
  3. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to identify tasks and work effectively without supervision;
  4. Ideal experience in a similar boutique financial or investment services firm;
  5. Strong IT skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
  6. Experience in maintaining HR policies and compliance matters is preferred;
