We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Excellence Manager to join our team at Abroad Work. This role will be responsible for motivating the Front Office team to provide exceptional service to customers.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor and be able to develop high-quality relationships with guests throughout their stay. They will also handle any guest complaints or contentious issues and provide a fast solution.
In this role, you will oversee and supervise guest arrivals and departures with the front office executive and duty managers. You will ensure that personalized service is offered to each and every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Motivate the Front Office team to provide exceptional service to customers
- Develop high-quality relationships with guests throughout their stay
