We expect our Lobby Ambassador to provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable experience for our guests. This includes having a complete understanding of the hotel's services, facilities, and layout, as well as being knowledgeable on all VIP arrivals, in-house, and departure guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for someone who can remain up-to-date with hotel functions and events and engage with all guests, in-house and visitors.
  • The successful candidate will maintain a proactive approach to cleanliness and organization, handling any duties assigned from time to time by the supervisor or manager.
  • They will report for duty punctually with the appropriate uniform and name badge, strictly adhering to the grooming and hygiene standards.
  • Able to understand guest needs and expectations and deliver superior customer service.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Previous experience in a high volume internationally recognized luxury hotel chain and a few years in a similar position is required.
  • Degree or Higher National Diploma equivalent in Hospitality Management will be an advantage.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand guest needs and expectations and to deliver superior customer service.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
