The Hub Team Lead role is a key position in Amazon's fast-growing delivery network. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for driving innovation and execution in our complex last mile scenarios.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the overall management of operational duties, deputizing for the Hub Account Managers as required.
- Prioritizing and improving safety at the delivery station.
- Supervising logistics assistants, coordinators, and delivery associates to ensure every shipment meets operational KPIs.
You will also be responsible for:
- Monitoring coordinator and associate performance, coaching them as needed.
- Partnering with supporting departments to improve logistics processes and operations.
About the Role
The Hub program is part of Amazon's rural and urban delivery initiative. We partner with small business owners who deliver to Amazon customers. Our partners raise the bar for the delivery experience in complex last mile scenarios.
