We are looking for a skilled and motivated Hub Channel Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Transportation organization, you will be responsible for driving innovation and execution in our busy network.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the Operations Manager in the daily management of operational duties.
  2. Prioritize and improve safety at the delivery station.
  3. Supervise logistics assistants, coordinators, and delivery associates to ensure shipments meet operational KPIs.
  4. Monitor coordinator and associate performance, providing coaching as needed.
  5. Partner with supporting departments to improve logistics processes and operations.
