**Job Description:**
Administration Officer - Emergency Operations RoomThe General Civil Aviation Authority is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join its team in the Emergency Operations Room. The successful candidate will provide daily operational and tactical support, prepare and handle required documents, and monitor current trends in emergencies.
This role involves crisis communication management, supporting communications and correspondence related to crisis management, maintaining constant touch with relevant stakeholders, and participating in crisis exercises and tests.
The Administration Officer will also be responsible for organizing and maintaining comprehensive records of reports, minutes of meetings, and general documents, as well as receiving, classifying, issuing, consolidating, and summarizing documents and information.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing daily operational and tactical support within the Emergency Operation.
- Preparing and handling required documents and event history.
- Monitoring current trends in emergencies on a daily basis.
- Covering shifts at the Authority's platform within the National Operations Center (if required).
- Undertaking daily health checks on communications devices, channels, and means.
The ideal candidate will have a seniority level of entry-level and experience in administrative roles. Full-time employment is offered, and the job function is administrative.
