Job Title: Operations Support Coordinator
Ghobash Group is seeking an Operations Support Coordinator to provide administrative assistance to the Planning & Control team. This role involves working closely with the Planning & Control Manager to coordinate day-to-day operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings and events.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and reports.
- Provide administrative support to the Planning & Control team.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Information Technology.
- Fresh graduate or 1 year or less experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
