Job Title: Customer Service Agent

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent at Ras Al Khaimah International Airport. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless passenger experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the Information Centre to provide world-class service to passengers and stakeholders 24/7.
  2. Ensure the upkeep of Terminal Infrastructure and passenger facilities, including coordination with control agencies and stakeholders.
  3. Regulate passenger processing queues and manage trolley operations.
  4. Process visa collections and distributions, as well as car park payments and ancillary fees.
  5. Prepare operational documents, file documents, and update records.
  6. Ensure arrival hall preparation prior to flight arrival and manage queue at immigration and customs.
  7. Prepare and follow up on mishandled baggage reports and lost and found items.
  8. Meet and assist special passengers, including VIPs, CIPs, and passengers with special needs.
  9. Update FIDS information and monitor schedule changes and passenger flow.
  10. Attend VIP lounge and ensure arrangements and coordination for VIP lounge opening and closing.
  11. Disseminate flight information to airport authorities.
  12. Assist Passenger Services Supervisor in their duties and other official duties as instructed.
  13. Record passenger feedback and complaints and escalate to Passenger Supervisor as necessary.
  14. Manage incidents and accidents at Terminal and Landside.

Requirements:

  1. University Graduate.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
  3. Prior experience with reputed airline or hospitality industry (added advantage).
  4. Medically fit.

Work Environment:

  1. Airport Operations work 24/7.
  2. Available for emergency operations/on call duty.
  3. According to the federal and international laws organized by the International Civil Aviation Organization.
