RESPONSABILITÉS DU POSTE :

  • Accroître les revenus et la part de marché des produits de l'entreprise tels que EZGO, Cushman, Jacobsen, Husqvarna, Solis, MultiOne et d'autres produits.
  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités et développer des affaires dans les secteurs du golf, de l'aménagement paysager, de l'hôtellerie et de l'industrie.
  • Établir des relations commerciales fructueuses avec des clubs de golf, des entrepreneurs en aménagement paysager, des hôtels, des clubs sportifs, des partenaires de vente au détail et d'autres clients dans la région.
  • Collaborer avec le Directeur Général pour créer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies visant à augmenter les revenus, cibler de nouveaux clients, accroître la part de marché et mettre en œuvre des objectifs commerciaux à long terme.
  • Présenter des rapports d'affaires au Directeur Général, en mettant à jour les nouvelles opportunités et en identifiant les décideurs clés.
  • Préparer et suivre les prévisions de ventes mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles ; préparer un plan de commande de stock selon les besoins.
  • Travailler en tandem avec l'équipe de service et de vente.
  • Autres tâches définies par le Directeur Général ou la direction.

EXIGENCES DU POSTE :

  • Une préférence sera accordée aux candidats ayant une expérience en vente ou en développement commercial de chariots de golf, de véhicules utilitaires, de machines de jardinage, d'irrigation de golf ou d'autres produits connexes.
  • Une expérience antérieure avec des marques telles que EZGO, Jacobsen, Club Car, Toro, Rain Bird, John Deere, Yamaha et des marques similaires serait souhaitable.
  • Une connaissance de l'analyse P&L, de l'analyse concurrentielle, des rapports d'affaires et des compétences en développement commercial serait un atout pour ce poste.
  • Esprit d'équipe avec loyauté et intégrité comme valeurs fondamentales.
  • Les candidats d'Afrique de l'Ouest ou du Sud seraient préférés pour ce rôle.

QUALIFICATIONS ET EXPÉRIENCE :

  • Idéalement, le candidat devrait être titulaire d'un diplôme ou d'un équivalent dans le domaine du golf, de l'aménagement paysager, de l'agriculture ou d'une discipline similaire.
  • Expérience requise : minimum 3 à 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans un rôle de vente ou de développement commercial, de préférence dans l'industrie du golf ou de l'aménagement paysager.
  • Une expérience de travail dans un pays du CCG serait un plus.
  • Connaissances en logiciels : applications Microsoft Office, Excel, connaissance de Microsoft/SAP CRM est souhaitée.
  • Excellentes compétences en vente, marketing et communication.
