The Talent Enablement Development Specialist plays a crucial role in fostering a thriving organizational culture and enhancing employee performance. Key Responsibilities- Operational Implementation: Execute the established Talent Enablement operational action plan, focusing on enhancing organizational culture, conducting workload assessments, and refining job design.
- Performance Management: Assist in overseeing the performance management framework, collaborating with Line Managers to set individual scorecard targets and KPIs, and facilitating effective performance evaluations.
- Job Structure Maintenance: Uphold the organizational grading framework, serve as the central repository for updated job descriptions, and manage the comprehensive review and evaluation process of job roles.
- Competency Development: Develop and disseminate a technical and behavioral competency dictionary along with career progression pathways to support inter-job family transitions.
- Succession Planning: Administer the succession planning framework, assess the significance of existing and new roles, and devise and implement succession strategies for identified successors.
In this capacity, you will also:
- Learning Strategy Implementation: Roll out an organization-wide Learning & Development strategy aimed at cultivating a dynamic and agile learning environment.
- Training Management: Oversee the learning and development journey for employees by assessing training needs, formulating training plans, and managing all related administrative tasks.
